EKP7 has a specialist division dedicated to maintenance for Halls of Residences.

We provide services to safeguard and preserve the internal and external fabric of all University Halls of Residences, to ensure that staff and students are provided with acceptable standards of accommodation and working conditions. This includes the essential maintenance of the buildings as well as undertaking minor works.

Our teams are fully qualified and reliable tradesmen who are committed to providing the utmost care and level of service every hour they are engaged in a project. We are able to manage and co-ordinate projects of all sizes and descriptions, we make sure we clean up any waste after a job and we always work in partnership with our clients to meet their needs.
