Homes Under The Hammer

How EKP7 helped

Homes Under the Hammer is a BBC TV show featuring houses which are sold at auction and then renovated to either rent or sell for profit. In this episode an EKP7 client purchased a house and asked Paul to renovate the bathroom.

The bathroom was tired, dated and in dire need of a facelift. Paul ripped out the old suite and replaced with a new, modern bathroom suite. He moved the sink and plastered and retiled floor to ceiling. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard.

The work carried out by EKP7 not only pleased the client, but was a main selling point in the opinion of local property experts from sale and rental estate agencies. One clearly stating 'the bathroom is good'. Although the house could have been sold for a considerable profit at this point, the client chose to retain it as a rental investment. EKP7's involvement in the project was a major contributing factor to the speedy and successful rental of the house.

The client was so impressed with the work carried out that he stated he would definitely use EKP7 on his next project.
